Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact within 30 days of purchase for a change-of-mind return.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to avoid processing delays.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our Melbourne warehouse; once inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5 business days.
