Biofine Clear A3 - 500g

Add Biofine Clear to your fermenter or conditioning vessel post fermentation to increase the rate of sedimention of yeast and other haze forming compounds to make your beer crystal clear. 

It has been shown to improve clarity and colloidal stability of the final product while having no impact on the beer flavour and no adverse effect on head retention.

Biofine Clear A3 - 500g

Add Biofine Clear to your fermenter or conditioning vessel post fermentation to increase the rate of sedimention of yeast and other haze forming compounds to make your beer crystal clear. 

Biofine Clear is completely removed from the beer under normal processing conditions so there is no need for any complex filtration to remove this from the final product. It has been shown to improve clarity and colloidal stability of the final product while having no impact on the beer flavour and no adverse effect on head retention.

Dosage Rate: 10-30 ml per 23L batch

For best results you must ensure that the bifine is well dispersed throughout the beer by gently shaking the fermenter or purging with CO2.

 

NOTE: Do not store this below 5C as it will start to de-activate.
